I am deeply honored and grateful to as a co-founder of Buddharamsi Bursary Educational Award program. We, BBS, BC are committed to carry on the legacy of those who pioneered this extraordinary event.

BBS, BC was established over five years ago with a vision to support Burmese Buddhist culture all immigrants from Burma to settle in British Columbia. 

Obviously, It had not been a smooth sailing, but with persistent, dedication by many past and present Executive Committee members together with community support, we survived many storms along the way. This does not mean we can now sit back and enjoy our achievements of the past. We are now more than committed to look into the future. The future is our youths and Our Youths’ education. Education is the best we can support to secure their future. Buddharamsi Bursary is just a small token for our children to grow prosper in Canada, or anywhere in the world for that matter, saying that your community is behind you.

I would like to express my immense gratitude to all sponsors for their generous donations without which this Award would be impossible.  My heartfelt thanks are due to all members of BBS, BC Executive Committee as well as all members donating their precious time and effort to participated in this important task.

ရဟန္းသံဃာနည္းပါးေသာျပည္ပတုိင္းျပည္တြင္ ထုိကဲ့သုိ႔  (၂၄)နာရီအသံမစဲ မဟာပ႒ာန္းပြဲ က်င္းပရန္မွာ လြယ္ကူးေသာ ကိစၥမဟုတ္ပါ။ သုိ႔ေသာ္လည္း  စိတ္အား သဒၶါအား ထက္သန္ၾကေသာ ဗန္ကူးဘားေရာက္ ၊ ဗုဒၶဘာသာျမန္မာမိသားစုမ်ား၏  အားသြန္ခြန္စုိက္ အားထုတ္မႈေၾကာင့္  ဆ႒မအႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ မဟာပ႒ာန္းပြဲကို ေအာင္ျမင္စြာ က်င္းပႏုိင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။

အသံမစဲ မဟာပ႒ာန္းပြဲသုိ႕ လာေရာက္ရြတ္ဖတ္ပူေဇာ္ၾကေသာ ပ႒ာနဘာဏကမ်ား၊ ေက်ာင္းတြင္ ညအိပ္ကာ ၊ အိပ္ေရးပ်က္ခံ ရြတ္ဖတ္ပူေဇာ္ၾကေသာ ပ႒ာနဘာဏကမ်ားအား  အထူးေက်းဇူးပါေၾကာင္း ေဖာ္ျပအပ္ပါသည္။

ဘဝအေျခအေနရ.. တုိင္းတစ္ပါတြင္ ဘဝရပ္တည္ၾကရေသာ ျမန္မာဗုဒၶဘာသာမ်ားအဖုိ႔ ၊ မိမိရင္ေသြးငယ္မ်ားအား ဘာသာစကား၊ ယဥ္ေက်းမႈ၊ အမ်ုိးဘာသာ၊သာသနာကုိ  လက္ဆင့္ကမ္းရန္မွာ လြယ္ကူးေသာ ကိစၥမဟုတ္ပါ။

သုိ႔ေသာ္ျငားလည္း ျမန္မာဗုဒၶဘာသာအသင္းလူႀကီးမ်ား ဦးေဆာင္မႈ၊ ဆရာေတာ္ႀကီး အားထုတ္မႈျဖင့္  ႏွစ္စဥ္ ႏွစ္တုိင္း ကေလးငယ္မ်ား သင္တန္းေပးလာခဲ့သည္မွာ  ငါးႏွစ္သုိ႔ပင္တုိင္ခဲ့ေလၿပီ။

ဤသုိ႔ဆုိျခင္းအားျဖင့္  မ်ုိးဆက္သစ္ ရင္ေသြးငယ္မ်ားအတြက္ မိဘ၊ဆရာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္ တာဝန္ေက်ပြန္ၿပီဟု မဆုိလုိပါ..၊ လုိအပ္ခ်က္မ်ား ရွိေနဦးမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

ယခုႏွစ္ စာျပန္ပြဲတြင္ ကေလးငယ္ေပါင္း ၁၆ ေယာက္ ပါဝင္ေျဖဆုိခဲ့ပါသည္။
